Delivery & Returns

Dispatch

All in-stock orders are usually dispatched within 72 hours, and notification of the dispatch is sent to you by email. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the expected delivery lead time. We will dispatch your order as soon as the item arrives back in stock, and send you an email to confirm that your order has been sent.

Only one delivery charge will be applied to your order, providing that it is all being delivered to the same address. If you require multiple delivery addresses then please place a separate order for each delivery address.

UK Delivery

All orders are sent via a courier service and are fully insured. UK deliveries are free of charge for orders of £800.00 and over, and cost £30.00 for orders under £800.00. 

All parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please use a delivery address where you (or the recipient) will be present at the time of delivery (usually a home or work address), or where someone can sign on your behalf.

International Delivery

All orders are sent via DHL and are fully insured. 

Deliveries to European destinations are free of charge for orders of £800.00 and over, and cost £30.00 for orders under £800.00. Please allow 6-10 working days for European deliveries.

Shipping to the other destinations is available upon request. For enquires, please contact us.

All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs delays. Please note that Tash Jewellery cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.

In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier company will leave a calling card with instructions on how to retrieve your item.

Returns & Exchanges

Tash Jewellery guarantees your total satisfaction with our products and services. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt of order and we will be happy to offer an exchange, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns for any pieces that have been worn.

We strongly recommend that you send your order back to us via via a recorded courier delivery with appropriate insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or return bespoke and engraved items under any circumstances, as these are made or customised especially for you.
